The Spark Change Film Fesival is a project of Public Interest Pictures, a non-profit documentary production company formed in 2001. Public Interest Pictures produces award-winning documentary films that inform the public and foster social change using true stories to start discussions and open minds. Their films have won festival honors and an Emmy nod and have aired on HBO, Sundance Channel, and other domestic and international networks.
